2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and checkout
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Products and Pricing

  • All product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color or appearance
  • Product descriptions and specifications are provided by manufacturers and GripFit makes every effort to ensure accuracy
  • Prices are displayed in Nepali Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • GripFit reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice

4. Orders and Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification (for prepaid) or admin confirmation (for WhatsApp Checkout)
  • WhatsApp Checkout: Click "Pay via WhatsApp" on the order confirmation page to complete payment. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Prepaid Orders: Payment must be completed via eSewa or bank transfer before order processing begins
  • Order cancellation requests must be submitted by clicking the "Ask About Order" button on your order (opens WhatsApp). Cancellations are subject to admin approval and are only possible before the order is shipped
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined therein.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the return terms outlined therein.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on GripFit, including text, images, logos, graphics, and code, is the property of GripFit or its licensors
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written consent
  • Product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the website
  • Abuse the return or refund process

9. Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review or other content to GripFit, you agree that:

  • Reviews must reflect your genuine experience — fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews are prohibited
  • You may submit one review per product, and we may limit how many reviews and edits you can make
  • New reviews and edits are held for moderation and may be approved, rejected, or removed at our discretion, with or without notice
  • A "Verified Purchase" flag is assigned automatically when your account has a delivered order containing the reviewed product; it confirms order history only and does not constitute an endorsement by GripFit
  • You retain ownership of your content, but grant GripFit a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use it in connection with the website and our marketing
  • You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others

10. Limitation of Liability

  • GripFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, etc.)
  • We are not liable for issues arising from third-party payment processors

11. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms
